Help with financial situation?

Ok so i have borrowed 3 payday loans online. I live in Iowa. Cashback 300.00, National 400.00, and Discount Advances for 675.00. I did these all online. I have gotten in a big whole and miscalculated. I now have 13 returned checks and these payday loans. What am I going to do, I dont know. These payday loans are not going to stop trying to debit money and It will raise fees for being returned. I need to close my account so i can get these returned checks paid, but i cant close my account when checks arent paid. What do I do?
